We start with a short online qualification and a free consultation to understand your problem. We aim to give a broad, non-binding indication of likely investment at this early stage.
If you want to go further, we agree a separate paid discovery engagement. Through structured discussions we produce a written development plan that belongs to you and can be shared with other suppliers for comparison.
A formal development quotation follows once the scope is documented. No build starts until contract terms and the required deposit are agreed.
Indicative minimum project budget: £30,000 or local currency equivalent.

Not necessarily. Many requirements discussions can take place remotely. Any on-site needs are agreed as part of scoping.
Can you provide a fixed quote after one call?
We provide a broad early estimate. A formal fixed-scope quotation comes after the requirements are sufficiently documented.
